In Living Trusts We Trust?

When I started my solo practice, I was told by several people that work would come in cycles and that has proven true. Want the Cliff's Notes version? Is the revocable living trust a valuable planning tool? Yes. Do you need one? Probably not, but if one or more specific factors apply to you, you may benefit from one.
